Business Growth Manager - Logistics & 3PL Services

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell 3PL services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

- Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer needs.
2. **Market Expansion**:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities in logistics.
- Expand the company’s service offerings from 3PL to broader logistics solutions, such as value-added services (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics).
3. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring service excellence.
4. **Strategic Planning**:
- Create business development plans to explore new markets, sectors, or services.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to align service capabilities with market demand.
5. **Operational Collaboration**:
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and capacity management.
